How points and weights work
Each fish has a minimum and maximum weight range.
When a player catches a fish, its weight will fall within these limits, determining the number
of points earned and the fish's star rating, ranging from 1 to 5 stars.
Considering that the minimum weight corresponds to 0% and the maximum weight to 100%, we divide
this range into 5 equal parts of 20% each.
A 1-star fish will have a weight between 0% and 20%.
A 2-star fish will have a weight between 20% and 40%.
A 3-star fish will have a weight between 40% and 60%.
A 4-star fish will have a weight between 60% and 80%.
A 5-star fish will have a weight between 80% and 100%.
The point conversion is as follows:
Common fish have a minimum of 300 points and a maximum of 600 points.
Rare fish range from 400 to 800 points.
Epic fish range from 500 to 1000 points.
Monster fish range from 5000 to 10000 points.
Therefore, an epic fish with a weight of 30% will be worth 700 points and have a quality rating
of 2 stars.
